We respect your privacy and guarantee your right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all personal data associated with our application.
How to request deletion:
- Open your corporate or personal email client.
- Send a message to suportetheblu@gmail.com (or use the button below).
- Use the subject exactly as: Account Deletion.
- The message must be sent mandatorily from the email address registered in the application to validate your identity.
What data will be deleted?
- Profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture).
- Activity history and preferences saved in the app.
- Device identifiers and authentication tokens.
Timelines and Data Retention
Upon receipt of your email, the complete deletion of your data will be completed within a maximum period of 15 business days.
Important Note: Some data may be retained for additional periods if there is a legal, tax or court determination obligation, as provided for by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the Digital Child and Adolescent Protection Act (Lei 15.211).
