• The sections of the Application you visit, the time/date and time spent on them.

• Training Data: Records of calisthenics routines, sets, repetitions, completed training dates, watched videos and body preferences (shoulder, chest, etc.) for calculating statistics and training recommendations.

• Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) (User authentication and cloud training history storage)
• Google Sign-In (Google account authentication facilitator)

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence features to analyze your training history and suggest personalized routines based on your level and preferences. All AI processing respects this policy. Your training history is only sent to the intelligent language model after your explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time in the application settings.

We guarantee our users all fundamental privacy rights. You can at any time:

• Access or correct your personal information.
• Request complete deletion of your data and account (which can be done immediately and definitively in the "Settings" menu of the application itself, or by contacting us by email).
• Withdraw your consent for processing data based on prior consent.

• User and Training Data: Are securely maintained in Firebase Cloud Firestore while your account is active, allowing synchronization of your workouts on any device.
• Deletion Flow: If you choose to delete your account via the application, all your identification data and training history will be permanently deleted from our servers.

The Service Provider is concerned with safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and adopts appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access or loss.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified through the application or by updating this page with the new effective date.
