These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Registry Pull and any services or sites related operated by The blu (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider", "We" or "Developer").

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Application.

• Minimum Age: To use the Application, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent required in your country of residence). Users under 18 years old declare that they have the consent of parents or guardians to use the service.
• Authentication: Access to the application occurs securely through third-party providers (Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account access credentials.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Calisthenics and any bodyweight physical exercises involve risks of physical injury or health problems.

• No Medical Advice: Registry Pull is a tool to aid in recording workouts and providing automated suggestions by Artificial Intelligence. The application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The content provided does not replace the monitoring of physical education professionals or healthcare professionals.
• Individual Responsibility: You acknowledge that the practice of physical exercises is voluntary and assume full responsibility for your physical integrity. The Service Provider will not be responsible for any injuries, health damage, pain or accidents resulting from the execution of workouts listed or suggested in the application.
• Medical Consultation: We strongly recommend that you consult a doctor before starting any physical exercise program or using the application's routines.

• The Application offers features that use AI to generate personalized recommendations based on your training history and declared preferences.
• AI-generated routines are purely automated suggestions. You should assess whether the proposed sets, exercises and intensity are appropriate for your current fitness level before performing them.

• The Application offers a premium mode called Registry Pull Pro, which unlocks additional workout and analytics features.
• Payment Processing: Subscriptions and transactions are processed and managed securely through the RevenueCat platform, Google Play Store (for Android devices) and/or other applicable channels.
• Billing and Cancellation: Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as chosen at the time of subscription). Cancellation and subscription management must be performed directly by the user in the subscriptions center of your mobile device (Google Play Store or RevenueCat Customer Center within the app).

By using the Application, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or bypass the application's subscription systems.
• Use bots, scripts or any automated tools in the application that could overload our servers.
• Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

All copyrights, trademarks, source code, visual designs, icons, screen layouts and content integrated into the Application are the exclusive property of The blu. The download and use of the application grant you only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if we identify serious violations of these Terms or suspect fraudulent activity.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be free from errors, interruptions or bugs resulting from internet connection failures or third-party services (such as temporary failures on Firebase or RevenueCat servers).

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. The date of last update will be shown at the end of this document.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any conflicts arising from these Terms, the parties elect the court of the district of the user's residence, or the mutually agreed forum applicable by law.
